Maharashtra built the network.
The fleet on it still runs on diesel.
The corridor is open, the freight rail is running, and the country's first commercially operational multimodal park sits an hour from this room. The constraint has moved from infrastructure to operations: depot power, duty cycles, the cost per delivery, and an emissions number your customer is about to ask for.

One day · Six sessions

Which of these is yours
Nine problems · six sessions- 01 · panel twoYou own the depot that cannot charge a fleetThe vehicles are available. The megawatts at the gate are not, and the connection queue is not yours to control.
- 02 · interactive sessionYou own the emissions number your customer just asked forThey want it per consignment. You have fuel invoices and a spreadsheet.
- 03 · panel oneYou own the lane that should be on rail and isn'tThe corridor is running. Your freight is still going by road, and nobody has modelled the swap properly.
- 04 · panel twoYou own the TCO model that breaks at the depotElectric beats diesel on the spreadsheet. The spreadsheet does not include the substation.
- 05 · opening addressYou own the incentive you cannot actually claimThe policy names it. The application process, the eligibility and the timeline are somebody else's department.
- 06 · fireside chatYou own the riders who cannot afford the vehicleThe three-wheeler belongs to the driver, not the platform. So does the financing problem.
- 07 · interactive sessionYou own the warehouse certified for something nobody measuresThe plaque is on the wall. The operating cost did not move.
- 08 · panel oneYou own the routing a second gateway will overturnYour network was designed around one port. The plans assume there will be two.
- 09 · panel threeYou own the automation case at Indian labour costsThe business case was written for a market where labour is expensive. Yours is not that market yet.
The freight readiness check

You will be sitting with people running the same problem at the same scale
The people running fleets across the Samruddhi corridor. The people who moved their first container onto freight rail and can tell you what it actually saved. The people who have to power a depot before they can electrify it, and the ones being asked for an emissions number per consignment by next quarter.
We keep the technology side of the room deliberately small, and we do not sell speaking slots. That is the whole design. It is why the conversation is worth the day.
Who this is for
This is an operator room.
Fleet owners, shippers, 3PL and multimodal operators, warehousing and logistics park developers, heads of sustainability, and the people running the state's ports, corridors and freight rail.
If you are a technology vendor, you are welcome, in the room as a participant rather than a presenter, and on the record like everyone else.
If you would not be comfortable being asked what your emissions number actually is, this is the wrong day.

The Monday Morning Checklist
Every session closes the same way. The chair puts three actions on the record, things you can start on the first working day after the summit, without a budget approval or a new licence.
You leave with six checklists, one per session, and the name of the person in the room who is furthest ahead on each of them.
