Six sessions.
Six things you can do on Monday.

One day, six sessions, and six short checklists written in the room. Everything below is what you take back to your operation, the travel and the passes are at the bottom, where they belong.

What this is worth to the project on your desk

Six sessions, and the specific reason each one exists. Read the one that matches the argument you are currently losing.

Maharashtra's logistics roadmap: session mark
Opening address · 10:30 amWhat Maharashtra's logistics roadmap actually means for your businessIf you have ever been told there is an incentive for what you are already doing and never found out how to claim it, this is the hour. What an operator can actually apply for today, what the process takes, and which parts of the roadmap are behind schedule. Most useful if a site decision, a land requirement or a fleet order sits in your next eighteen months.
Sustainability scorecard: session mark
Interactive session · 12:30 pmSustainability scorecard: benchmarking your own carbon and cost footprintYou work your own numbers and leave with a completed benchmark, not a handout. Come if a customer has asked for emissions data you cannot currently produce, or if you are being asked to justify a green-warehousing spend. Bring your lane volumes and your fuel data, you will use them in the room.
Decarbonising freight: session mark
Panel two · 2:30 pmDecarbonising freight: the depot is the constraint, not the vehicleThe session that treats the depot as the constraint rather than the vehicle. Grid connection timelines, the duty cycle at which electric genuinely beats diesel, and what a megawatt at the gate actually costs and takes. Directly applicable if a fleet replacement decision is anywhere in your next two years.
Last-mile decarbonisation: session mark
Fireside chat · 3:50 pmLast-mile decarbonisation: the unit economics nobody publishesCost per delivery, electric against internal combustion, with driver retention included, the number nobody publishes. Swap or charge, metro against Tier-2, and who is really solving the financing when the vehicle belongs to the rider and not to you.
Capital and automation: session mark
Panel three · 4:50 pmCapital and automation: where the smart money is actually goingBefore you commit capital to a park, a building or an automation programme. Where the institutional money is going and what it is buying, and where the automation business case genuinely clears the hurdle rate at Indian labour costs rather than at the ones the vendor modelled.
What you take home

The Monday Morning Checklist

Every session closes the same way. The chair puts three actions on the record, things you can start on the first working day after the summit, without a budget approval or a new licence.

You go home with six of them, and the name of the person in the room who is furthest ahead on each.

Before you come

The freight readiness check

Eight questions. No email. It tells you which sessions are actually yours.

01Can you state your emissions per tonne-kilometre today?
02Does your main depot have the power connection for an electric fleet?
03How many of your long-haul lanes have you modelled against rail?
04Have you claimed anything under the state logistics or EV policy?
05What share of your own fleet is electric right now?
06Who owns the vehicle on your last mile?
07Could you give a customer emissions data per consignment this week?
08Where is automation in your warehouse?

The conversation

Who you will be sitting with

Fleet owners and heads of transport running freight across Maharashtra. Supply chain and logistics directors from the shippers whose volumes move on it. Warehousing and logistics park developers, and the operators inside their estates. Heads of sustainability being asked for numbers their systems do not yet produce.

Alongside them: the people running the state's ports, corridors and freight rail, and the investors funding the next round of it.

We keep the technology and vendor side of the room small on purpose, and we cap it. Nobody buys a speaking slot. If a session turns into a sales pitch, tell us, and we will make it right.
