Questions,
answered plainly.

Every answer is on this page whether you open it or not. If yours is missing, email us and we will add it.

Who is actually in the room?

Fleet owners and heads of transport, shippers, 3PL and multimodal operators, warehousing and logistics park developers, heads of sustainability, and the people running Maharashtra's ports, corridors and freight rail.

Is it one day, and what are the hours?

One day. Doors and registration from 9:30 am, welcome address at 10:20 am, first session at 10:30 am, closing remarks at 5:50 pm and a reception from 6:00 pm.

One day is all we are prepared to ask of you. It is built for a single niche rather than a broad industry audience, so there is no session you can safely skip and nothing in it you have already heard three times. If you are going to give up a working day on a live programme, the whole day should be worth it.

Where is it, and why Nagpur?

Nagpur, Maharashtra, on 17 February 2027.

Because the freight decisions that matter are increasingly made inland. Nagpur sits at the intersection of the Samruddhi corridor, the first commercially operational multimodal logistics park in the country at Sindi, and MIHAN. This conversation has only ever been held in Mumbai.

How do I get a place?

Attendance is invitation-led. Register your interest on the attend page: five fields, a persona choice and a consent line. Someone from the TNF India team writes back to you directly with the programme, the pass that fits and the venue details as they confirm.

I would like to speak. How do I put myself forward?

Use the form on the speaking page, or write to speak@tnf-india.com. Tell us the session and the argument you would make in it. That is the whole application.

Can I nominate somebody other than myself?

Yes, and it is welcome. Use the form on the speaking page, or write to speak@tnf-india.com. We approach the person ourselves and will not say who suggested them unless you want us to.

How do I explore a partnership?

Write to partner@tnf-india.com, or use the enquiry form on the partner page. Tell us what you are trying to achieve in this market and we will tell you honestly whether this room delivers it.

Still unanswered? Register interest and ask us directly. Someone from the TNF India team reads it.
